Within the last 4 years, we have had the privilege of working with Bill Myers. We sold two homes and then purchased a new home through him. Bill is one of the most professional and honest people we have had the privilege of working with. When getting ready to sell, he would advise on what we could do so our home would show better and when we were viewing homes, he not only would advise on anything that would need attending to, but also the advantages of the home. Anytime we had a question, if he didn't know the answer, he found out quickly for us. All the paperwork and legalities of buying and selling was easy - he took care of just about everything including names of lawyers he had worked with to finalize the transaction.
